Hello, My name is

Ilnaz

Welcome to My E-Portfolio!

This website serves to reflect my growth throughout my early teaching years!

About Me

Everything you can imagine is real

I have been working as a Curriculum Developer & Education Specialist and early years teachers trainer with a focus on wonder, curiosity, and capability for children. For the past 15 years, I have gained extensive experience in education, beginning as an Art Specialist Teacher in Malaysia, then conducting training in Singapore, and subsequently working as a teachers trainer and author holding workshops to train teachers. Additionally, I am a member of the Book Writers Council and part of a group of authors at the World Children Research Institute, where I contribute to writing training books for teachers.

I have been studying and training in various children’s learning approaches, including Reggio Emilia, Montessori, Gardner’s, IB, and other theories, with a focus on Reggio Emilia and Montessori. I have received my certification for Reggio Emilia and IB (PYP). This diverse background allows me to integrate the best practices from each approach into my work.

Since 2021, I have also been the CEO of Emojector, a startup project that focuses on emotional learning for children. Emojector helps both typical children and those with Autism Spectrum Disorders to develop more self-control and improve their social and communication skills. I am proud to share that we have received confirmation of knowledge support from a global incubator located in British Columbia to start this project in North America.

I believe that the pleasure of learning, knowing, and understanding is one of the most important and fundamental feelings that every child expects from the experiences they encounter, whether alone, with other children, or with adults. It is a crucial feeling that must be reinforced so that this pleasure survives, even when reality proves that learning, knowing, and understanding involve difficulty and effort. It is in this very capacity for survival that pleasure is transformed into pure joy.

What can i do

My educational development (ED) portfolio acts as an opportunity to communicate the philosophy of “The Hundred Languages Of Children” and as a repository of evidence that illustrates how I put my ED philosophy into practice.

Create a Light and Shadow Space (Atelier) at Your Center

Create a magical space to offer children a new way to explore and learn about the world around them, igniting their curiosity and imagination. This world of imagination and discovery helps children develop their language skills as they describe their creations and explain their ideas to others.

Weekly or Monthly Lesson Plan Packages

Providing comprehensive and engaging lesson plans on a weekly or monthly basis. Perfect for enriching your curriculum with fresh, thematic activities and projects!

Create an Environment Which Acts as a Third Teacher

Design a positive learning environment where children can investigate, hypothesize, and explore. Ensure that children and students have more opportunities to participate, ask questions, take risks, and receive feedback.

Teach Pedagogical Documentation to Teachers as Professional Development

Make children’s learning visible and encourage them to become central to their own learning by using different types of documentation.

Design a Documentation Panel and Portal to Make Documentation Easy

We know educators spend their own free time on documentation. Now you don’t have to. We provide the tools to create learning stories, allowing you to choose how to document without constraints or restrictions. Add as many learning outcomes, photos, and files as you like.

Join me to bring the children the opportunity for exploration, managing feelings and emotions and decreasing the usage of screens.

Be a part of our global project: “Managing children emotions and feelings”

I am proud to have Autism & Special Needs Children as a part of this project.

According to the “National Library of Medicine” and “UNICEF covid-19 portal”, managing children’s feelings and emotions during and post-pandemic was a big challenge. The pandemic upended family life around the world. Emotion substantially influences people’s cognitive processes, including perception, attention, learning, memory, reasoning, and problem solving. Emotion has a powerful effect on attention, significantly modulating the selectivity of attention and motivating action and behavior.
